Habra Assembly Election 2026

Polling for the HABRA Assembly seat will take place in the second phase on April 29, 2026.

Vote counting and the declaration of results for the HABRA Assembly seat, along with all constituencies of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly, will be held on May 4, 2026.

In the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2021, the HABRA seat was won by AITC. The winning candidate, Jyoti Priya Mallick, secured 90533 votes. The runner-up was from BJP, whose candidate Biswajit Sinha received 86692 votes.

In the previous election in HABRA, Jyoti Priya Mallick secured victory as a candidate from AITC. They received a total of 90533 votes, accounting for a vote share of 44.3%.

In the 2021 election for the HABRA seat, AITC candidate Jyoti Priya Mallick won with 90533 votes. They defeated BJP candidate Biswajit Sinha by a margin of 3841 votes. Biswajit Sinha received 86692 votes in total.

In the 2021 election for the HABRA seat, the runner-up was BJP candidate Biswajit Sinha. They were defeated by AITC candidate Jyoti Priya Mallick. Biswajit Sinha secured a total of 86692 votes, losing by a margin of 3841 votes.
