
The Food and Agriculture Organization and the United Nations have officially designated 2023 as the International Year of Millets, a proposal put forth by the Government of India. As part of the G-20 Summit's culinary offerings, more than 500 dishes have been crafted, drawing inspiration from millets and infused with the distinctive Indian touch of Shree Anna. These delectable creations, ranging from traditional Indian fare to innovative fusion dishes like millet sushi and pearl millet and sorghum noodles, promise to tantalize the taste buds of our esteemed guests.
