HR managers are well equipped to handle IR: HMSI's Harbhajan Singh

People are more concerned about the millitancy which is now increasing in indutrial relations, says Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India VP for General & Corporate Affairs, Harbhajan Singh. He says that HRs need to take risks in order to build mutual trust with employees and youngsters can take much bigger risks.
