India Test skipper Virat Kohli is set to make a foray into a business venture as he plans to start his own chain of gyms and fitness centres across the country.

The gyms will be launched under the brand name Chisel, which is jointly owned by Kohli, Chisel Fitness and CSE, the sister concern of Cornerstone Sport & Entertainment that manages the cricketer, the Economic Times reported.

"We will launch gyms of various sizes and with different facilities according to their locations. We are also in talks with international sports-based fitness experts to bring in their expertise," the report said quoting Satya Sinha , director of Chisel Fitness.

The total investment to launch 75 centers in a period of three years is around Rs 90 crore, the report said.

Recently, India ODI captain MS Dhoni entered into fitness business after launching his line of gyms, SportsFit and cricketer Yuvraj Singh too invested an undisclosed amount as seed funding in a mobile phone-based beauty and wellness startup Vyomo.
