Diwali jackpot
Buying a new car this Diwali? Nissan has rolled out a festive surprise that could save you up to Rs 85,999! The company is offering government-approved CNG retrofitment kits at no additional cost with select variants of its Magnite SUV and Gravite seven-seater MPV. The limited-period offer runs until November 16, 2026. But there's a catch: not every variant qualifies for this money-saving deal.

Savings shock
Imagine getting a CNG kit worth nearly Rs 86,000 without paying anything extra! Under Nissan's festive offer, eligible Magnite buyers can save Rs 74,999 on CNG installation, while Gravite customers can receive a benefit worth Rs 85,999. With the Magnite starting at Rs 5.69 lakh and the Gravite at Rs 5.73 lakh, both ex-showroom, the offer could attract buyers looking to reduce their upfront purchase costs.

Hidden catch
That free CNG kit isn't available with every Nissan car! The company has excluded the Magnite Visia MT, Visia EZ-Shift and Visia+ MT variants from its festive scheme. The offer applies to eligible non-turbo Magnite models and select Gravite Tekna variants. Buyers should also remember that these are government-approved retrofitment kits, not factory-fitted CNG systems. So checking the exact variant before booking could make a big difference.

Seven-seat surprise
A seven-seater family car with a free CNG conversion? Nissan's Gravite brings an interesting twist to the festive car market! Its CNG system uses two 25-litre cylinders designed to retain the vehicle's seven-seat flexibility while reducing the space compromise associated with conventional CNG installations. With the retrofitment normally costing Rs 85,999, the limited-period offer could appeal to larger families looking to manage running costs.

Warranty bonus
The free CNG kit comes with another benefit! Nissan's government-approved retrofitment systems include a third-party warranty covering three years or 1,00,000 km, whichever comes first. This coverage is separate from the vehicle's standard warranty. However, the festive scheme ends on November 16, and buyers will need to confirm their chosen variant's eligibility and kit availability with an authorised dealership before making a purchase.
