Shah Rukh Khan's 56-storey Dubai tower: Gauri Khan reveals what lies inside its luxury penthouses

King-sized landmark

Shah Rukh Khan now has a 56-storey luxury tower in Dubai bearing his name. Unveiled in November 2025, Shahrukhz by Danube is a multi-crore real estate project developed by Danube Group. But the Bollywood superstar's connection to this towering address goes beyond its name, with Gauri Khan bringing her own design vision to the project.

Gauri's masterpiece

Gauri Khan has taken on a deeply personal assignment: designing the penthouses inside the Dubai skyscraper named after her husband. Her vision is to recreate the grandeur of a mansion within an apartment. From expansive living areas to statement kitchens and walk-in wardrobes, the designer is blending lavish interiors with everyday comfort.

Waterfront extravagance

Imagine waking up to sweeping views of blue waters from a penthouse filled with bespoke Italian-branded furniture. Gauri Khan's designs at Shahrukhz by Danube feature spacious living rooms, luxurious finishes and carefully planned interiors. The aim, she says, is to create homes that feel like private mansions without sacrificing practicality.

Golden interiors

Danube Properties has offered a glimpse inside a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment at Shahrukhz, and the details are striking. Marble flooring, white kitchen cabinets, gold-finished hardware and a chandelier set the tone. The open-plan living room features hardwood floors, contrasting sofas and a balcony overlooking the waterfront, offering a taste of the tower's luxury lifestyle.
