Bhaag Milkha Bhaag picks up strongly at box office

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag picked up strongly on day one at box office to register a good collection. The movie garnered good response in East Punjab and Delhi city.

The movie is expected to perform well on weekends too in line with its opening day response.

The movie, inspired by the life of former athlete and Olympian Milkha Singh, opened with an average 40-45 per cent collections at the multiplexes on the first day of its release.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag stars Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor in the lead and has director Mehra in a cameo too.
