Monkeypox Turns Into A Global Emergency more than 20,000 Cases Worldwide

The central government has stepped up its drive against the monkeypox virus. Though India currently has just four confirmed cases of the disease, the process to create a vaccine for this rare illness is underway. There is also talk that the existing smallpox vaccine may also prove to be effective against this disease that has been declared as a public health emergency by the WHO.
