Bombay Stock Exchange to suspend trading in 21 securities

Bombay Stock Exchange announces suspending trading in securities of 21 companies effective October 11 for non-compliance of various clauses of the listing agreement.

Bombay Stock Exchange to suspend trading in 21 securities
Premier stock exchange Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday announced suspending trading in securities of 21 companies effective October 11 for non-compliance of various clauses of the listing agreement.

The exchange said in a statement that if these companies comply with the provisions of the Listing Agreement before October 3, trading in their securities would be suspended only for five trading days up to October 17.

However, if they do not, the suspension will continue till such time the company complies with the procedure prescribed for revoking suspension in a scrip, it said.

The companies facing suspension include, AGS Infotech, Bala Techno, Boston Bio Systems, Chisel & Hammer, Cybermate Infotek, Dolphin Medical Services, Heera Ispat, James Hotels, Nexxoft Infotel, Pearl Engineering Polymers, Rajath Finance, Ras Extrusions, Ras Propack Lamipack, Rashel Agrotech, Sangal Papers, Sapan Chemicals, Shiva Cement, Shri Gang Industries & Allied Products, Titan Trading & Agencies, Vax Housing Finance Corporation and Venus Sugar, according to the release.
