The truly wireless (TWS) earphones segment has completely exploded in the last few months. Since the turn of the year, we've seen a lot of new players jump into the fray with their own truly wireless earbuds at aggressive price points.

While new products have been launched across price points, the most amount of movement has arguably been seen under the Rs 10,000 price band which has welcomed a lot of new entrants. While these have improved the competition, they have also added to the confusion in the segment. Mi True Wireless Earphones 2

Xiaomi's Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 are a pair of TWS earphones that have been tuned for good audio quality. The earbuds use big 14.2mm drivers and feature dual-microphone based noise cancellation. The earbuds last five hours and the case takes up the backup further. The earbuds feature all-touch-based playback controls but there's no control for volume. From the house of the Danish audio giant, we have in the list the Jabra Elite 65T which despite its premium features is currently available on Amazon at a very aggressive price of Rs 4,999.

The Jabra Elite 65t features Bluetooth 5.0, five hours of battery life with support for an extra ten with the charging case, as well as, IP56 sweat and dust resistance. Jabra's earphones are also compatible with Google Assistant, Alexa, and Siri.

OnePlus Buds

These are the first pair of TWS earbuds to have been launched by the company in India. The Buds support Warp Charge technology, which promises 10 hours of playback only with a brief 10-minute charge. A full charge along with filling up the charging case offers up to 30 hours of high-quality music playback.

The earphones come with three active microphones built into each bud to reduce ambient noise. They offer enhanced 13.4mm dynamic drivers and come with Bass Boost and Dolby Atmos support. The OnePlus Buds also come with an IPX4 water resistance rating to handle splashes of water from any direction. The earbuds come at a price of Rs 4,990.

Vivo TWS Neo

Vivo's TWS Neo are another pair of affordable TWS earbuds that you can buy. At Rs 5,990, the earbuds offer a battery life of 4.5 hours on a single charge, and an additional 22.5 hours with the battery charging case.

The TWS Neo are available in two colours, Moonlight White, Starry Blue, and bring with them the promise of impressive sound quality through its 14.2mm driver. There's also support for Dual-Beamforming Microphone and AI Noise Canceling. The earphones also bring with them IP54 water resistance.
