CES 2013: Casio showcases lamp free projector

Casio's booth at International Consumer Electronic Show 2013 (CES) has a demo zone where we spotted a lamp free projector.

Not having the traditional lamp required for projection, it uses LED hybrid and laser technology. The projector is claimed to offer 20,000 hours of projection and has a high brightness up to 6500 lumens. It has a dual projection for backup and continuous operation.

Casio's new projector is aiming to cater sports bar, worshipping places and large venues.
