OnePlus Nord CE 5G renders show a glossy back panel, punch-hole camera on display

Most of the specifications of the upcoming smartphone by OnePlus have already been hinted at and the new renders confirm some of them.

OnePlus Nord CE 5G is set to mark its debut in India tomorrow in the OnePlus Summer Launch event. Speculations till the build up to the launch have revealed much about the smartphone already and new ones tell us yet more information about the upcoming OnePlus smartphone.

Renders of the OnePlus Nord CE 5G have now emerged online and they show us some interesting specifications we can expect on the device. For starters. The smartphone will come with a display sporting a punch-hole selfie shooter at its top left corner.

The new renders have been shared by Pricebaba in a report. The images show full details of the smartphone's design and what it will carry. As per the leaks, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G will come with a triple-lens camera module placed on a glossy back panel. Accompanying this will be a power button on the right edge and volume rockers on the left.

At the front, the renders show a punch-hole selfie camera on the top-left, making way for a completely bezel-less display throughout. The report also shares that the smartphone will come in Charcoal Ink, Blue Void and a silver colour option. It will be available in three memory variants upon launch - one with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, another with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and the most premium variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

OnePlus has also been revealing features of the smartphone in the buildup to the launch. The latest one confirms that the Nord CE 5G will come with a 4,500mAh battery. It will support a new charging technology named Warp Charge 30T Plus. As per OnePlus, this will be able to charge the device from zero to 70 per cent in under 30 minutes.

Earlier such reveals by the company had hinted at the back panel of the device. The latest one though also shows us the front and confirms an in-display fingerprint sensor on the smartphone.

Earlier leaks have hinted that this display will be a 6.43-inch AMOLED one with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. OnePlus Nord CE 5G has also been hinted to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor with Android 11 OS. Rumours to date suggest that the smartphone will start retailing at Rs 22,999 in India, with several launch offers also up for grabs.
