Vijay Mallya has sought closure of the long-pending case before the High Court, arguing that his civil liabilities have been settled.
Disha Salian, who had worked as a manager for actor Sushant Singh Rajput, was found dead on June 8, 2020 after falling from the 14th floor of a residential building in Mumbai’s Malad area.
The court also questioned how an establishment could remain suspended when the specific deficiencies were not clearly set out.
The suit centres on his claim that the petroleum ministry alone runs the policy and that the content defames him and his family.
