BikeWale and Autocar India report that Kawasaki has showcased the Z300 in Bengaluru. Bookings are reported to open on October 19, followed by prices and further details on October 20. Those dates give interested riders a reason to await the complete offer before committing.

Reports link the Z300 to the Ninja 300’s 296cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin platform. Kawasaki’s Ninja specification provides a useful reference, but reports differ in how firmly they describe the Z300’s output. Wait for its own India specification sheet before treating performance figures as final.

Autocar reports a wide, upright, single-piece handlebar and relaxed ergonomics on the Z300. That is worth assessing in person: check your reach to the controls, foot placement and seat comfort. A shared engine platform alone does not tell you which motorcycle fits your body better.

Both reports describe a TFT instrument display with smartphone connectivity, compared with the Ninja 300’s semi-digital console. BikeWale also mentions navigation functionality. Ask for a demonstration of the production bike’s phone pairing and navigation, and confirm which features are actually supplied in India.

Autocar lists green and black colour options and reports further previews in Mumbai and Pune on October 18. Confirm the event details with an authorised dealer. Some news articles use representative Kawasaki photographs, so use official Z300 images or see the motorcycle before choosing its finish.

Some coverage discusses a possible price near or below ₹3 lakh. That remains an estimate. Kawasaki’s official Ninja 300 page lists ₹3.34 lakh, but it does not price the Z300. Compare the eventual quotation, insurance, registration, warranty and service costs before stretching your budget.
