With over 1,017 branches across India, the bank continues to strengthen its presence, especially in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, while aiming to expand further across the country. Impressively, all regional branches are profit-making, even those opened for financial inclusion. On the digital front, over 93% of transactions are now happening through online platforms, reflecting a major shift in customer behavior. The bank has also enhanced its mobile app and improved system uptime significantly. Going forward, J&K Bank expects 70–80% of its business to be driven digitally, signaling a strong push towards future-ready banking.
