Beauty Of Kashmir Is Mind-Blowing: Miss World Karolina Bielawska After Visit

Miss World Karolina Bielawska, who was in Kashmir for a day, said she loved the Union territory and enjoyed the hospitality of its people. “I didn't expect it at all, but it (Kashmir) just stuns me with its beauty. We've been talking about Kashmir and I knew there would be beautiful scenery. But what we've seen today was really mind-blowing,” Poland-born Bielawska said. She also wore the traditional Kashmiri pheran along with Julia Morley, the chairperson and CEO of the Miss World Organisation. Asked about choosing India as the host destination for the pageant later this year, Bielawska said it was because of the popularity of Indian hospitality. "We felt that Indian people are famous for their hospitality. They welcomed us so nicely. And India is so diverse, but the values in the heart of the people are always the same. It's the goodness and kindness," she said while speaking with the media on Monday.
