Gift Nifty Sees Record-Setting First Session Single Day Turnover Of $8.5 Billion

On Monday, the NSE International Exchange (NSE) recorded a historic first session of Gift Nifty derivatives trading with over 2,14,000 contracts traded, amounting to a turnover of $8.5 billion. This activity marked substantial growth compared to the first-day full-scale operations, which saw 33,570 contracts traded with a turnover of $1.21 billion.
