Here are the results for the three-cornered fight in Punjab. The India Today-Axis My India exit poll results show a complete wipe out for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the state where it has its government. Aggressive campaigning by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP Convener Arvind Kejriwal seems to have been a waste with the Congress expected to win 7-9 of 13 seats and the BJP likely to bag 2-4 seats. Interestingly, BJP’s vote share has seen a surge, suggesting that the saffron party could soon see itself as the biggest opposition in the state.
