
LIC Housing Finance reported a robust Q2 performance on October 28, surpassing expectations due to strong demand for home loans. Consolidated net profit saw an 11.25% YoY rise, reaching ₹1,327.71 crore for Q2FY25, compared to ₹1,193.48 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased by 2.5% to ₹6,937.72 crore, with stable interest income of ₹6,859.96 crore contributing to growth. Although net interest income fell 6% YoY to ₹1,974 crore, total expenses decreased slightly to ₹5,274.61 crore.
