
At the inauguration of the 4th Global Renewable Energy Investor’s Meet and Expo (RE-INVEST) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the aspirations of the Indian people behind his government’s third consecutive term. He noted that after 60 years, the people of India have re-elected his government for a third term due to the faith and confidence of 140 crore Indians. PM Modi highlighted that the youth, women, and marginalized sections of society, including the poor and Dalits, trust that their aspirations will take flight during this new term, continuing the past decade's progress. PM Modi also underscored his vision for India’s future, stating that his government is committed to making India one of the top three economies globally. He framed this effort as part of a larger action plan to achieve a developed India by 2047. In the first 100 days of his government’s third term, key decisions have laid the groundwork for this ambition. The government is constructing 7 crore homes across the country as part of the plan.
