
Fortis Healthcare is expanding its hospital network and specialty care business through acquisitions, brownfield projects and hospital management partnerships across key markets. The company added hospitals in Bengaluru and Punjab during FY26 and continues to evaluate further inorganic opportunities within its regional clusters. Fortis is also increasing investments in high-end specialties including oncology, renal sciences, orthopaedics and robotic surgeries as demand for tertiary care rises. The company says diagnostics, preventive healthcare and international patient services remain important growth areas, while investments in medical equipment and technology are expected to support future expansion. Fortis is also scaling its diagnostics business through Agilus Diagnostics and widening its mental healthcare presence through Adayu. The company reported double-digit growth in revenue and operating EBITDA during FY26.
