Nowda Assembly Election 2026

Polling for the NOWDA Assembly seat will take place in the first phase on April 23, 2026.

Vote counting and the declaration of results for the NOWDA Assembly seat, along with all constituencies of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly, will be held on May 4, 2026.

In the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2021, the NOWDA seat was won by AITC. The winning candidate, Sahina Momtaz Khan, secured 117684 votes. The runner-up was from BJP, whose candidate Anupam Mandal received 43531 votes.

In the 2021 election for the NOWDA seat, AITC candidate Sahina Momtaz Khan won with 117684 votes. They defeated BJP candidate Anupam Mandal by a margin of 74153 votes. Anupam Mandal received 43531 votes in total.
