Toyota's new Land Cruiser 200 to compete with Range Rover in India

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched an updated version of its premium sports utility vehicle Land Cruiser 200 in India, priced at Rs 1.29 crore (ex-showroom Delhi).

The engine in the new Land Cruiser is a 4.5-litre twin-turbo V8 diesel unit that churns out 268bhp of power.

The diesel-run SUV weighs 3,350 kg  and has a fuel tank with capacity of 93 litre. The seven-seater has a maximum capacity of 650 Nm. The vehicle sports six-speed automatic transmission.

The Toyota Land Cruiser 200 will be available in two colours-Copper Brown and Dark Blue Mic. It  is already available in Super White, White Pearl Crystal Shine, Silver Metallic, Grey Metallic, Black, Attitude Black, Dark Red Mica Metallic and Beige Mica Metallic colours.

The SUV comes with various additional features such as steering wheel with heater, LED illuminated entry system, tyre pressure monitoring system and multi terrain monitor cameras. The Land Cruiser 200 will directly compete with Land Rover's Range Rover.
