Owl mystery

A giant owl sculpture guarding a Mumbai bungalow? Anupriya Nagar's Juhu home features a monumental carved stone owl by artist Mr Gehlot, surrounded by lush greenery and other sculptures. The unusual artwork is reportedly her family's favourite. Nearby sits a traditional wooden jhula beneath a leafy canopy decorated with marigold garlands. But this swing is much more than a decorative addition to the house.

Antique treasure

A living room that looks more like a private art museum! Anupriya Nagar's family has spent 25–30 years collecting paintings, antique clocks, brass sculptures and intricately carved wooden furniture. Among the most striking pieces are Himalayan landscapes by Russian painter Nicholas Roerich. Warm chandeliers and traditional upholstery complete the setting. But amid these valuable collections, one handmade object has a particularly personal story.

A ₹55-lakh investment in a film and a childhood painting project displayed in the same family home! Anupriya Nagar reportedly invested around ₹55 lakh of her savings into Hanuman Ansh's post-production. Inside her Juhu bungalow, a two-foot-tall terracotta pot she painted during school holds a special place. Inspired by the theme Dances of India, the artwork remains the only piece she personally created that's displayed in the house.
