Property jackpot
A ₹52.3-crore apartment that could now be worth over ₹140 crore! Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal's ultra-luxury home in Gurugram's DLF The Camellias has reportedly seen a staggering rise in its estimated market value. Purchased in August 2022, the 10,813-square-foot residence has gained nearly ₹88 crore in indicative value, or around 168%. But what makes this exclusive address so desirable among India's wealthiest homebuyers?

Luxury fortress
Forget ordinary luxury apartments! Deepinder Goyal's 10,813-square-foot residence is located inside DLF The Camellias, one of Gurugram's most exclusive residential developments. Situated along Golf Course Road, the apartment reportedly features expansive living spaces, multiple bedrooms, high ceilings and panoramic golf-course views. But beyond the lavish interiors, the property's location has become a major factor in its soaring valuation.

Stamp shock
Buying a ₹52.3-crore apartment comes with another enormous bill! Deepinder Goyal reportedly paid ₹3.66 crore in stamp duty for his DLF The Camellias residence, with the conveyance deed registered in March 2025. The apartment was originally purchased directly from developer DLF in August 2022. Today, property brokers estimate that a comparable unit could command over ₹140 crore, highlighting the dramatic shift in Gurugram's luxury housing market.

Land empire
Deepinder Goyal's real estate investments extend well beyond his luxury Gurugram apartment! According to property documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the Zomato co-founder purchased two adjoining land parcels near Delhi's Chhatarpur for a combined ₹79 crore in 2023. Spread across approximately five acres, the properties attracted ₹5.24 crore in stamp duty. Together with his Camellias residence, the transactions reveal the scale of his reported property investments.
