Diwali and Chhath travel often means a scramble for confirmed seats, but this festive season brings more options. Railways has announced special services on busy routes linking Kanpur, Bengaluru, Delhi, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Chandigarh, Patna and other destinations.

Bengaluru Link
Passengers travelling between Kanpur and Bengaluru will get an additional option with special trains 04131 and 04132. The Kanpur service will start from October 4 and run every Sunday at 4:30 pm, while the return service begins October 7.

Varanasi Run
A special train between Varanasi and Delhi will operate during the festive rush, giving passengers another way to plan their journey. Train 04209 will leave Varanasi at 10:15 pm, while the return service will depart Delhi at 6:50 pm.

Ayodhya Option
Anand Vihar and Ayodhya Cantt will also get a special train connection during the festive season. Train 04213 will leave Ayodhya at 6:20 pm and reach Anand Vihar at 6:10 am the next day, with 36 trips planned.

Patna Routes
Passengers heading towards Patna will have two additional options as Chandigarh-Patna and Firozpur Cantt-Patna special trains are planned. The services will make multiple stops across northern India, including Ambala, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Varanasi and Danapur.
