Zombie comedy 'Go Goa Gone', after
getting an average opening and earning about Rs 3.75 crore on its opening day, is holding steady at the box office.
The movie - starring stars Saif Ali Khan, Puja Gupta, Vir Das, Kunal Kemmu and Anand Tiwari - had earned about Rs 3.75 crore on its opening day. The maximum collection had come from Delhi (about Rs 85 lakh) and Mumbai (Rs 1.25 crore).
However, the Illuminati Films and Eros International co-produced movie did 45-50 per cent lower business on Monday than its opening day (May 10).
Go Goa Gone, which collected around Rs 1.75-2 crore nett on Monday has now seen its four day box office collections touch around Rs 14 crore nett.
Experts see the movie's collections to touch Rs 18 crore nett plus by the end of this week. The film will be banking on doing brisk business in the metros as collections outside Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Bangalore are poor.
