Saif Ali Khan's latest movie, "Go Goa Gone", witnessed an ordinary start at the Box office. The movie managed to get only 25 per cent of response on the first day of its release.

The film starring Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu, Vir Das, Anand Tiwari and Puja Gupta stands a better chance over other release "Gippi" to do well in the metros over the weekend. The movies' performance over the weekend will tell if the film will do anything at the box office.

The film also witnessed a poor opening outside Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Bangalore.

The movie is produced by Illuminati Films, co-owned by Saif, who has also acted in the movie and directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. Krishna DK told IANS that the budget of the film is much lesser than any of Saif Ali Khan "kind of films".

"I would say the budget of the film is very low. I am not allowed to reveal the budget of the film, but I can assure you that this film is made in much lesser budget than any Saif kind of films," Krishna said.

"We have worked in a very controlled budget. Besides, each and every actor charged less than their market price," he added.

The filmmakers are experimenting with a zombie film for the first time, and they believe the audience today is ready to accept various genres.
