Kick boxoffice collections reach Rs 155 cr in first week

Salman Khan starrer Kick has collected around Rs 155 crore within a week of its release. Weekdays collections rose due to Eid and contributed the most to the movie's box office show, website boxofficeindia.com reports.

This is the second-highest first week collection after Dhoom 3 beating likes of Chennai express, Krrish 3 and Ek Tha Tiger.

The film has gone into week two with strong collections and is expected to reach Rs 200 crore mark.

The action thriller movie is directed and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner. The film also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
