"Shootout at Wadala" had a average first week collections at box office with Maharashtra being an exception where the movie performed very well. Collections from John Abraham-starrer movie outside Maharashtra remained average with East India on the lower side.
The movie could not gather much appreciation overseas as well as. It collected $900,000 over its first weekend in international markets. The business in major market is as follows:

Shootout at Wadala had raked in approximately Rs 33 crore till Tuesday. It collected Rs 8.25 crore nett on the day of its release (May 3), following it up with collections of Rs 7.50 crore nett and about Rs 9.25-9.75 crore nett total on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
"Shootout At Wadala" is a story of Mumbai police's first official encounter when they gunned down gangster Manya Surve, played by John Abraham.
