Cummins India director on industry-labour relation

Pradeep Bhargava, Director, Cummins India says he took up an initiative  along with CII to improve the industry-labour relationship so that the industry can be more caring, ethical, fair and equitable in dealing with labourers, particularly with the contract labourers.
