SanDisk launches new cards

Your daily SD card has got an upgrade. SanDisk introduced its new, Pro range of SDHC cards for photo enthusiasts. These cards are available in 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB variations, to store high MP images and full HD movies. These cards are priced Rs 3,299 onwards.

It can achieve write speeds of up to 45 MBPS. We even got a demo of the card by SanDisk. Using a current DSLR, SanDisk cards were able to store 10 continuous shot images on the card within 9.5 seconds. That's almost three times less than the last series of cards that had write speed of 15 MBPS.
