Dell launches Venue 7, Venue 8 tablets in India

Dell has launched two Android tablets Venue 7 and Venue 8 in India at Rs 10,999 and Rs 17,499, respectively.

The Dell Venue 7 tablet is less than 9.5 mm thin and sports a rear facing 3MP camera and front facing VGA camera for video chat.

While  Venue 7 comes with a 7 inch screen, Venue 8 sports a 8 inch screen.

Venue 8 has a 2 MP front camera and 5MP rear camera. Both tablets come with 2GB memory and 16 GB hard drives storage with Venue 8 having an option of 32 GB hard drive.  

Venue 7's hard drive also comes with 32 GB of additional storage. Venue 8 is powered by Intel Atom (up to 2.0GHz Dual-Core) processor Z2560.

Dell Venue 8 is 9.5mm thick, 130mm wide and 212mm long weighing 350 grams. While Venue 7 is available in black colour, Venue 8 is available in Black and Red colours.  Venue 7 has 6.8 hours of power and battery support.
