Toshiba Excite 13 opens a new front in tablet war

Toshiba has opened a new front in the tablet war - size. Toshiba's new tablet, Excite 13 Tablet, has a screen that measures 13.3 inches diagonally. In comparision, iPad has a 9.7 inch screen.

According to reports, Toshiba's Excite 13 runs on WiFi. It operates on latest Android operating system, called Ice Cream Sandwich.

The reports added that it will hit the shelves next month, costing $650 for 32 gigabytes and $750 for 64 gigabytes.
