Indo-MIM believes its IPO valuation reflects its long-term growth potential rather than just its current financials. Speaking to Business Today, P Balasubramanian, VP - Finance & CFO, Indo MIM, said the company's metal injection molding (MIM) business is operating at only around 40% capacity utilization while remaining comfortably EBITDA positive. He explained that as capacity utilization increases, operating leverage is expected to improve significantly, boosting shareholder returns without a proportional rise in costs. According to him, this untapped capacity provides substantial room for future earnings growth, making Indo-MIM's valuation attractive from a long-term investment perspective.
