Salesforce Focuses On Agentic AI, Local Cloud And Multilingual Adoption

Salesforce is expanding its India strategy around agentic AI, local cloud infrastructure and multilingual customer engagement as enterprises accelerate AI adoption. The company recently introduced Hindi support for Agentforce Voice and announced the upcoming availability of MuleSoft on Hyperforce in India, enabling locally hosted integrations and AI workflows. Salesforce says sectors including BFSI, retail, manufacturing and healthcare are increasing AI adoption, while enterprises are looking at automation, productivity gains and customer experience improvements through agentic AI deployments.
