Man-Made Ecological Disaster, Who Is Behind Ennore Creek Oil Spill In Chennai?

After Cyclone Michaung, Parts of Chennai are now dealing with an oil spill. The oil spill has contaminated water in and around the Ennore creek affecting livelihood of fishermen. Even after 10 days, clean up work is still in progress. Here's a report.
