"We Are Looking For Innovators": Gautam Adani Announces Paid Internships For IIT Dhanbad Students

Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani has announced two major initiatives for IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, launching a new phase of industry–academia collaboration. Speaking on campus, Adani revealed the Adani Annual Internships, offering 50 paid internships each year to third-year IIT Dhanbad students who meet merit and fitment criteria. At least 25% of these interns will receive pre-placement offers, he said. Emphasising that the group seeks “innovators, not manual-followers,” Adani invited students to tackle the company’s toughest real-world challenges.
