Counterfeit Mounjaro Network Busted In Gurugram, Fake Stock Worth ₹56 Lakh Seized

A major drug bust in Gurugram has uncovered a counterfeit racket involving fake Mounjaro injections worth nearly ₹56 lakh. Drug Control Officers seized the stock from a vehicle in DLF Phase 4 on April 18. Officials found all six dosage strengths, but with no licence, no cold chain, and clear signs of tampering. The fake stock has been traced to Bhagirath Palace. Manufacturer Eli Lilly and Company has confirmed the injections are counterfeit and is assisting the investigation.
