Vedanta board approves issuance of NCDs worth up to Rs 2,100 cr

Vedanta Ltd board on Thursday approved issuance of non-convertible debentures worth up to Rs 2,100 crore. The board approved issuance of the NCDs on a private placement basis.

At 1350 hours on Thursday, Vedanta's scrip on BSE was trading nearly flat at Rs 275.25.
