Stimulus Package a myth, it's 2% of India's GDP: Amit Mitra

Bengal Finance Minister and eminent economist Amit Mitra has slammed Centre for the Rs 20 lakh crore stimulus package calling it a myth. He said Centre was blind towards the collapsing finances of states. He spoke to India Today TV about what was missing in the package and how it was misleading people. Watch the video for more.
