Micromax launches Canvas Power A96 at Rs 9,900

Indian consumer electronics maker Micromax has launched its Android smartphone Canvas Power A96 at Rs 9,900. The phone is listed on the company's website.

Canvas Power A96 runs on Android Jellybean 4.1 and has a 1.3 GHz quad core processor. The phone with 5 inch (12.7 cm) TFT screen and a battery capacity of 4000mAh. The battery provides a talk time of 13.5 hours and a standby time of 450 hours.

The phone sports a five mega pixel rear camera  and 0.3 MP front camera. The front camera enables recording of crystal clear videos in 720p HD and video chat.

The phone has a RAM of 512 MB and 4 GB  ROM. The smartphone has expandable memory of 32 GB.

It comes with connectivity options of bluetooth,Wi-Fi and USB.
