Xiaomi Mi 4, Mi 5 get price cut for Mi 2nd anniversary sale

Celebrating its 2nd anniversary in India, Xiaomi India is hosting a sale on its website mi.com to offer deals and discounts on the purchase of its few selected devices. This includes Rs 1 flash sales, price drops, special offers and non-stop deals between July 20-22.

Xiaomi has reduced the prices for its Mi 4 and Mi 5 smartphones. The recently launched flagship, Mi5, priced at Rs 24,999, will be available for Rs 22,999 during the sale period. It will be available in both black and white variant and packs in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It has also got a 4axis OIS camera and a 3D glass body. The Mi 4, which was retailing at Rs 14,999, will be available for Rs 10,999. The Mi4 has been available in India for over an year now, it runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and has got a 5 inch full HD display. The price drop on Mi 4 is said to be a permanent one.

The price cut has been extended to its recently launched Mi Bluetooth speaker as well. This full metal body speaker weighs 270 grams and supports handsfree calling. Priced at Rs 2,699, the speaker will be available for Rs 1,999 during the sale.
