Economic Survey 2024-25 Points To Several Challenges Faced By The Indian Economy

The government’s own report card for the current financial year is in and the red check marks far outnumber the black ones. The Economic Survey for 2024-25, released a day ahead of the much anticipated Budget speech by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, paints a picture of challenging times ahead for the Indian economy. There are some green shoots, but largely, the economy still needs a lot of intervention.
