Silver prices remain positive, but the sharp rally seen earlier this year may be difficult to repeat in the near term. Navneet Damani, Head of Research, Commodities, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, says silver could move towards ₹3.20–₹3.25 lakh per kg from current levels of around ₹2.4 lakh. However, he believes a return to the ₹4 lakh–₹4.25 lakh zone could take more time and would require a meaningful disruption or new industrial use case. Gold remains the stronger bet, with the expert expecting precious metals to continue moving higher over the coming months.
