Google Takes Big Action Against Loan Apps On Play Store

Google is toughening the rules for loan apps in its Play Store from today. The tech giant is taking the step after millions of Android users in India were subjected to harassment and blackmail by Chinese-backed loan apps. A number of restrictions have been placed on these apps after RBI and Indian government asked Google to introduce more stringent checks on its platform.
