
During bilateral talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin at Hyderabad House in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a clear and powerful message on global stability. Referring to the ongoing Ukraine conflict, PM Modi said that India stands firmly on the side of peace and called for the world to “return to peaceful coexistence.” Stressing that New Delhi is not “neutral,” the Prime Minister said India supports every genuine effort toward peace and dialogue. PM Modi added that India–Russia relations have consistently grown and must “reach new heights” in the years ahead. The two leaders discussed the Ukraine war, regional security, and the future of the India–Russia strategic partnership.
