From Ajnar To Bengaluru: Bittu Tabahi Leads 100-Person Drive At Turahalli Forest

Bittu Tabahi is taking his clean-up crusade beyond Madhya Pradesh. The 20-year-old, who went viral for cleaning the heavily polluted Ajnar River, has now reached Bengaluru, leading around 100 people in a massive clean-up drive at Turahalli Forest. Armed with masks, gloves and sacks, the volunteers tackled garbage scattered across the forest, with some even digging into the ground to remove buried waste. Bittu’s Ajnar River transformation had already drawn widespread attention and even earned him a job offer from The Ocean Cleanup. But instead of stopping there, Bittu says the river was only the beginning of his mission to spread awareness about keeping public spaces clean.
