
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh declared that India has shattered its old "soft state" image, transforming into a global problem-solving superpower. Highlighting India's rapid rise toward becoming a fully developed nation, Singh pointed to the nation's massive strides in the semiconductor sector. He celebrated the fulfillment of a key national promise with the unveiling of Vikram, India’s first completely homegrown, space-grade 32-bit microprocessor chip presented to PM Modi at Semicon India. Singh emphasised that this milestone proves India will no longer let massive technological opportunities slip away.
