Smallest Bonneville
Triumph has brought its smallest Bonneville to India at ₹2.80 lakh (ex-showroom), giving buyers a more accessible entry into the iconic range. But the T40 is not simply a stripped-down motorcycle, with a TFT display, connectivity, navigation and multiple riding modes packed into the package.

Five Modes
The T40 gets five riding modes, including Rain, Road and Eco, along with two customisable modes. That makes the motorcycle more adaptable than its retro styling might suggest, allowing riders to change the bike's character depending on conditions and personal preferences.

Retro Tech
The Bonneville T40 combines old-school motorcycle cues with surprisingly modern equipment. A round 4-inch colour TFT display sits alongside features such as traction control, mobile connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, creating an unusual mix of classic styling and contemporary technology.

350 Power
Under the retro-inspired design sits Triumph's 350cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. Producing 29hp and 31.2Nm, it sends power through a six-speed gearbox, while the peashooter exhaust adds to the motorcycle's traditional Bonneville character.

Rider Focus
The hardware has been developed around a relatively approachable riding setup. A 790mm seat height, 18-inch wire-spoke wheels, 43mm telescopic front forks and rear twin shocks combine with dual-channel ABS, giving the T40 a blend of everyday usability and classic motorcycle appeal.
